The Open Enrollment Period for 2026 health and dental insurance coverage has been EXTENDED until January 31, 2026. Customers can enroll in coverage that starts February 1, 2026.  

You can enroll anytime if you:

• Are an American Indian or Alaska Native
• Qualify for HUSKY/Medicaid 
• Qualify for a Special Enrollment Period
• Qualify for the Covered CT Program
