No. Married couples who file their taxes separately are not eligible to receive financial help (or Advanced Premium Tax Credits known as APTC's with a qualified health plan. 

Note: There are limited exceptions for those filing separately, such as exceptions for victims of domestic abuse or spousal abandonment.
