Connecticut is offering two new state-funded health coverage programs for children. These programs provide coverage for uninsured children ages 0-15 who cannot enroll in regular HUSKY A (Medicaid) or HUSKY B (Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)) because they are undocumented immigrants. You can find the annual and monthly income limits on the Department of Social Services’ (DSS) website under How to Qualify.
For more information about these programs, visit the Department of Social Services website for Frequently Asked Questions.
